About Me

I strongly value curiosity and exploration and believe that we all deserve a loving and compassionate space, free of judgment, to explore our selves, our feelings, our wounds, and our dreams. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and integrative, drawing from relational, expressive arts, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness techniques. Together we attend to your body and mind, as their symbiotic relationship is integral to your mental and emotional health. I also strongly believe in the healing effects that the therapeutic relationship itself can elicit. Having an ally, an emotional and mental sanctuary, a sounding board, and a constant supportive presence in our lives can be profoundly impactful and it is what I provide to each of my clients.

My journey into therapy is a second career, transitioning from my previous role in magazine production. My therapeutic approach is informed by my own neurodivergence, as well as my belief in making space for neurodivergent individuals in the world. I have a rich background in perinatal mental health and expressive arts therapy, allowing me to support individuals through various life stages and challenges. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their feelings and work towards personal growth.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience working with individual adults, adolescents, children, and couples on a wide range of issues, including neurodivergence, parenting support, perinatal mental health, self-love, body positivity, life transitions, identity, relationship issues, creative growth, and anxiety and depression in a diverse group of settings including private practice, hospitals, and public schools.

I take pride in working with a diverse array of people in my practice and welcome individuals from any racial and ethnic backgrounds as well as all sexual and gender identities.
