Fees, Scheduling & Cancellations

My fee is $180 per 55 minute session. I ask clients to commit to coming in on a consistent basis; most often that means weekly sessions. Sessions are typically scheduled to occur one time per week at the same day and time if possible. I may suggest a different frequency depending on the nature of your concerns.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and I ask all my clients to respect this time. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment without a fee. A fee is assessed for cancellations with shorter than 24 hours notice and no shows, at my discretion.

While I am considered an out-of-network provider, I can can accept payment via an HSA or FSA. Or, I can create a periodic superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I recommend consulting with your insurance company to determine their reimbursement policy for mental health services.
